By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We strive to display product information accurately, including descriptions and images. However:

We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at any time.

All prices are shown in AED unless stated otherwise. Prices, promotions, and availability may change at any time without notice. If any pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the order and notify you.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is considered accepted when we confirm it and/or dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues.

Payment is processed through our payment providers. By placing an order, you authorize us (and our providers) to charge the payment method you provide.

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only, unless stated otherwise. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Shipping fees and free shipping thresholds are displayed at checkout and described in our Shipping Policy.

When available, we provide tracking details by email (or message) after dispatch. Tracking updates are provided by carriers and may not reflect real-time status in all cases.

Our policy is exchange-only at this stage.

• Exchanges: Available within 10 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging and resalable condition.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds at this time.
• Exchange shipping fees may apply unless the item is incorrect or arrived damaged.

Some Limited Edition styles may include surface finishes or coatings on raised details. With normal wear and friction, such finishes may fade and can wear off over time, especially on contact points. This is expected and part of normal use. Care guidance is provided on product pages and in our FAQ. Misuse, harsh chemicals, or improper care may accelerate wear.

Promotional codes:

• may be time-limited,
• may have minimum order values or exclusions,
• may be limited to one per order,
• and may not be combinable unless explicitly stated.

We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or refuse promotions where misuse is suspected.

All content on this Site (including logos, designs, product names, text, images, and graphics) is owned by or licensed to ZELAYA trading LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written permission.

You agree not to use the Site:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZELAYA Trading LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZELAYA trading LLC, its directors, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Dubai, UAE unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
