Exchanges (10 Days)
We offer exchanges within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- The item must be in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase (order number/ receipt) is required
Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we may not accept exchanges for items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging.
How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, contact us within 10 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to exchange
- The reason for the exchange (optional but helpful)
- Photos (if the item arrived damaged or incorrect)
We will confirm eligibility and share the next steps.
Shipping Costs for Exchanges
- If we made a mistake (wrong item shipped, damaged on arrival), we will cover the exchange shipping.
- For all other exchange requests (e.g., change of mind), exchange shipping fees may apply.
Refunds
At this stage, we do not offer refunds. We offer exchanges only, subject to the conditions above.
Notes
- We recommend contacting us as soon as possible after delivery so we can help quickly.
- We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet the eligibility requirements.
