We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Orders are typically delivered within 1–4 business days after dispatch, depending on your emirate and courier routing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, promotions, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order subtotal:

• Orders below 39 AED: 20 AED shipping
• Orders from 39 AED to 58.99 AED: 15 AED shipping
• Orders of 59 AED and above: Free shipping

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed the next business day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email (or message) with tracking details when available.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout. If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect details or unavailability, redelivery fees may apply.

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address details, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional delivery charges may apply.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can help quickly.
